We're Hiring a STUDIO MANAGER!
GBDC IS GROWING!
We are looking to hire a STUDIO MANAGER to help with communication and organization tasks around the studio. Looking for a behind the scene person to make sure we stay on task and all clients/vendors are in the loop, as well as making sure our "systems" are running properly.
Part-time position to start, with potential for full-time as company grows. Flexible days/hours with 15-20 hours/week.

Answer phone and emails - communication with clients, vendors, etc.
Schedule/track production calendar, client timelines, contracts, etc.
Help grow GBDC through marketing, social media, blogs, email newsletters, etc.
Run errands, help with orders/production, arrange deliveries and pickups
Ordering supplies and special production needs
Assist with quotes, invoices, payments
Work with bookkeeper on invoices, vendor bills, monthly expenses, etc.
Organize studio and keep organized!
Must be organized and detailed oriented!
Good people skills
Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
Must be able to work in home studio (with dog)
Must have own transportation and ability to run errands
Knowledge of the print/design/art business
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Basic knowledge of Squarespace and MailChimp
Basic knowledge of Quickbooks (quoting/invoicing)
